Firstly we talk to one another about what the problem seems to be. 

Then if you’re happy we go into an energy treatment to rebalance the body’s energies which are likely to have been drained by emotional or mental stress.

After that we talk about what you experienced in the energy treatment. People’s experiences are very individual. Some will experience a lightness and clarity of mind, others a deep peace. Others feel a change in the body’s alignment. This often shows up an old feeling or thought pattern with a new perspective, which they can then voice. At this point the first conversation can be seen in a new light, literally.

 

The ‘after’ conversation becomes a literal ‘re-view’.

Any herbal or aromatherapy treatments to help physically are prescribed if needed.

The whole consultation lasts an hour.
