Rosehip Vinegar

Made by infusing wild fresh rosehips in raw cider apple vinegar.

Vinegars can be added to cooked foods like stir fries and casseroles just before serving or to salads. They can also be taken in water as a medicine or a light aperitif.

Medicinally, rosehips are immunity building containing more Vitamin C than oranges. They help the metabolism of fat and there is evidence of them helping rheumatoid and osteoarthritis.

Raw cider vinegar is anti-microbial, antioxidant and also aids weight loss by reducing cholesterol and lowering blood sugar levels. In this way it has been shown to improve the symptoms of diabetes.
